Every package includes new business email at your own domain. Pick the platform that fits how you already work — setting up a new account is included in every package; migrating an existing mailbox elsewhere is quoted separately.
No extra cost. Zoho's free plan supports up to 5 mailboxes per domain (5GB each), where the free plan is available. It's primarily webmail/mobile-app access — IMAP, POP, and ActiveSync (for desktop mail clients) aren't included on the free plan. Adding a 6th mailbox moves the entire organization — not just the new mailbox — to a paid Zoho plan. Aliases that deliver into an existing inbox don't require another mailbox; external forwarding may require a paid plan.
For Outlook, Teams & OneDrive. Business Basic is currently $7/user/month billed annually ($8.40/month month-to-month), confirmed directly against Microsoft's pricing page. If you mainly want email and don't need Teams, the no-Teams version runs $5.40/month annually ($6.48/month month-to-month) — billed directly to you and subject to change.
For Gmail, Docs & Drive. Business Starter runs around $7/user/month billed annually ($8.40/month on the flexible plan) — Google's current pricing, billed directly to you and subject to change. We'll confirm the exact rate before setup.
