Hyelands ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this site collects and how it's used.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, the information you enter (business name, your name, email, phone, and message) is sent via Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, directly to our inbox. We don't store form submissions on our own servers beyond what Web3Forms retains for delivery (see their privacy policy). We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and never sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track individual users across customer websites (see Cloudflare's overview and data collection details). We don't use analytics data for advertising.
Cookies. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare's underlying security and content-delivery features may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working and secure; these aren't used to track you.
Data retention. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus standard business record-keeping.
Your rights. You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted at any time by emailing hey@hyelands.com.
Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new "last updated" date.
