Straight answers about ownership, timelines, revisions, and what happens after launch.
You do. Your domain is registered in your own account/name from day one, and the site is yours. Cancel anytime and take everything with you — there's no lock-in.
Usually 5–10 business days from our first call to your site going live, depending on how quickly we get your content and how many revision rounds we go through.
Your business name, logo (if you have one), a short description of what you do, any photos you want used, and a list of the pages you want (Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.). If you don't have some of this yet, we'll help you figure it out on the free call.
Two rounds of revisions before launch are included on every package, each round being one consolidated feedback list rather than ongoing back-and-forth. Additional rounds are $100 each, quoted upfront before any extra work starts.
Yes, cancel monthly hosting anytime with 30 days' notice. Since you own the domain, we export a full copy of your site so you can host it elsewhere. Nothing is held hostage.
On Launch and Growth, we handle hosting, security, and uptime monitoring. Growth includes one content update a month (up to 30 minutes, no rollover); Managed Visibility adds ongoing SEO work — up to 60–90 minutes of combined keyword checks, on-page tweaks, review-response drafting, and Google Business Profile updates, all within that allowance, plus a monthly report and a 20-minute quarterly strategy call. Work beyond the monthly allowance is quoted before we start.
Zoho Mail is included at no extra cost, with up to 5 mailboxes (5GB each) on Zoho's free plan where it's available in your region — it's webmail/mobile-app access, without IMAP, POP, or ActiveSync for desktop mail clients, and adding a 6th mailbox moves the whole organization to a paid Zoho plan. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are both available instead: Microsoft 365 Business Basic runs $5.40/user/month without Teams or $7/user/month with Teams (billed annually); Google Workspace Business Starter runs $7/user/month billed annually. Provider prices are billed directly to you and may change — see the Services page for details.
One standard domain registration up to $20 is included for year one; premium or pricier domains are quoted separately. After that, renewal is billed directly by the registrar at its then-current rate — we show you the exact price before registering. Common extensions like .com and .net typically run $10–$20/year; others, including .co, run substantially more (often $30+/year). We don't mark this up.
